We are building an ecosystem of merchants that want a presence on mobile, offer great value for loyalty and give awesome ways to their customers to engage, interact and buy. ▌職務說明 1) Direct and manage project development from beginning to end. 2) Define project space, goals and deliveries that support business goals and associated communications documents. 3) Develop full scale project plans and associated communications documents. 4) Effectively communicate project expectations to team members 5) Estimate the resources and participants needed 6) Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary. 7) Where required, negotiate with other team managers for help of required documents 8) Determine and assess need for additional staff/temporary help required during a project cycle. 9) Set and continually manage project expectation with team members 10) Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel. 11) Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team 12) Identify and manage project dependence and critical path. 13) Plan and schedule timelines and milestones 14) Determine the frequency and content of status report from the project team. 15) Track milestones and deliveries. 16) Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties 17) Building and maintaining relationships with merchants and mall owners 18) Ensure quality services |

We are building an ecosystem of merchants that want a presence on mobile, offer great value for loyalty and give awesome ways to their customers to engage, interact and buy. ▌職務說明 1) Handle several client accounts at the same time 2) Liaising with clients and interpreting their briefs 3) Developing creative ideas and concepts, often in partnership with the art director. 4) Presenting ideas to colleague and clients. 5) Familiarizing self with client's product and services, the target audience and their competitors' activities. 6) Writing clear, persuasive, original copy. 7) Updating digital media 8) Proofreading copy to check spelling and grammar 9) Amending, revising or redeveloping adverts or campaigns in response to feedback from the creative director, account team or clients. 10) Working on several campaigns at once, sometimes under pressure and often to tight deadlines. 11) Liaising with production companies, photographers, typographers, designers and printers. 12) Keeping up to date with popular culture and trends monitoring the effectiveness of advertising campaigns. |

- REPORT DIRECTLY TO THE DIVISIONAL LINE MANAGER - RESEARCHING/SOURCING (D) o Searching client’s competitors and industry sector for candidate mapping/name gathering to identify potential candidates o Approaching active/passive candidates generically, directly or indirectly to obtain interest o Identify STAR candidates -MATCHING (P) o Pre-selecting candidates and creating longlists/shortlists for BDMs to interview by using multiple search tools such as the use of headhunting techniques, searching the CRM/candidate database, advert response, job boards, social media, search engines and other methods. - CO-ORDINATING (W) o Arranging all candidate interviews with BDMs and client/candidate interviews (sendouts) o Managing all administration related to this including interview confirmation and preparing/sending resumes. - MANAGE THE CRM/ATS (P) o Data-entry of prospective clients, updating existing clients and DMs o Contacting existing HR Managers on a regular call cycle to maintain customer relationships. o Updating existing candidate’s profiles - BUILDING TALENT PIPLINE (D) o Using the multiple search vehicles to keep in contact with top talent so that you are aware of when they are looking to move o Creating market segmented lists and tracking movement of this talent - CLIENT RESEARCH/BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT TASKS (P) o Produce Company Research reports for client meetings o Lead generation - ATTENDING CLIENT MEETINGS WITH CONSULTANTS (P) - ATTENDING CANDIDATE INTERVIEWS WITH CONSULTANTS (P) - OTHER ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES AS REQUIRED. |
